This season we have had record sales, record deliveries and record problems- it has been an emotional journey!
Key updates: 1. Back in Stock: Summer Mist and Princess pots 50 sets available, all sizes NOW Lotus bowls (due 21st September) 62 sold 60 available for order NOW, delivery within 2-3 weeks 2. Deliveries: we are on target to catch up with outstanding orders over the next few days, there are only a handful of customers awaiting delivery of their purchases across the country and in Europe. The exception will be Lotus Bowls where outstanding orders will be despatched first when the new container arrives- 21st September. 3. Clearance Sale in September: Malvern Autumn Sept 26th-28th
4. APPOLOGIES: our delivery service has been not so good with constant changes of schedule. This has been due to the loss of our logistics administrator on the third day of Hampton Court’, of three drivers and constant issues with vans. Out of our control but still not good enough for an RHS supplier, as we have been advised on numerous occasions!! Agreed. 5. Looking forward: New Website launch October (with integrated stock control ) Global Village promoting female craft goods from around the world for Christmas sales Three new potteries from Asia and Africa for 2026 Christmas fairs co-ordinated through local schools and colleges to fund projects of their choice and provide educational travel opportunities for them. We will let you know of students near you trying to ‘make a difference’. Support them. And, most excitingly, we are staring to link product to project. So, for example, 10% of lotus bowl sales will fund scholarships for Hill Tribe girls (Muong) in Vietnam to go to university. ED, we bought a Lotus Bowl from you at the Detling Garden Show on 26th May 2025, and have no contact from you since September. You are not answering telephone messages or emails requesting either delivery or refund of £429 paid in full at the show.

Ed, I ordered and paid for a Princess, with everything included. That was in the 17th July 2024. You have failed to deliver my goods for 18 months now! You do not answer your phone and do not respond to emails, requesting delivery or refund. Your service is non-existent and holding on to my payment is unacceptable. Other options of recovery are now being considered.
